This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AXS Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AXS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from our users and customers (“you”) when you use our website www.gopower1.com (the “Site”), purchase a product offered for sale, or use of any of the services, features, or resources offered by us through our Site.

By accessing and using our Site, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service available at: https://www.gopower1.com/pages/terms-of-service. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access our Site, purchase our products, or use our services. Your continued use of our Site following the posting of amendments to this Privacy Policy will also be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

Our Terms of Service require all our users and customers to be at least 13 years of age, therefore, this policy does not discuss use of our Site by persons under 13 years of age.

Additionally, we do not currently store financial information when you purchase a product, including your payment method (such as credit card number, type, expiration date and other financial information), since such information is stored by our third-party payment processing company, and the use and storage of such information is governed by such payment processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

When you use our Site, our servers automatically record certain non-personally identifiable information about your use, such as browsing activity, data displayed or clicked on, and other information such as browser type, IP address, date and time of access, domain name of your Internet service provider, cookie ID, and referrer URL. Along with cookies, we may also use third-party tracking or custom audience targeting technology, such as Google Analytics, to record similar information regarding you and your activity on our Site. AXS shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse or breach of security with respect to such information shared with our third-party partners.

You may find third-party content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by such websites linked to or from our Site. The security of your personal information is important to us.  We seek to protect your information and ensure that it is kept private by storing all of your information, including your IP address, using generally accepted industry standards which protect all the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, the unauthorized or malicious access to or use of the information that we store, any hardware or software failures, and certain other events may compromise the security of your information at any time. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant its absolute security.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important.   Our Site, products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
